Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
